Profesyonel Spor Salonu Eğitmeniyle Perfect Health Club
Alfalaj sağlık kulübünü bir yılı aşkın bir süredir kullanıyorum. Harika bir deneyim. Spor salonu düzenli ve temiz. Kişisel antrenörüm Nowsheed ise olağanüstüydü. Vücudumun formunu ve sağlığını korumama yardımcı oldu , beslenme ve egzersiz konusunda bilgisi çok faydalı oldu. Bir kasabada daha önce başka kişisel antrenörler denedim, bu benim için işe yaramadı. Alfalaj otelinde kişisel antrenman yaptırdıktan sonra bir yıl boyunca antrenörümü değiştirmedim. Hedeflerimi karşılamama yardımcı olduğunuz için teşekkürler Nowsheed
