Hotel not living up to its reputation.
Prons:
Centrally located.
The view towards the sea.
Cons:
The elevators have an extremely loud noise that is heard in the rooms.
If you live on the lower levels, you will be disturbed by the nightclubs. They are also heard on the higher levels but less so.
The cleanliness of the room could have been better.
Extremely complicated system for getting kitchen equipment. You get a list that you have to fill out to get kitchen equipment. You pay if something is missing. Once you receive equipment, you must carefully check it, otherwise you will have to pay when it is returned. Some of the things I ordered did not arrive, other equipment arrived instead.
The kitchen equipment that was delivered was extremely dirty.
No hot water tap in the kitchen. Sanitary inconvenience as you have to wash dishes in the toilet. I work in healthcare and would not recommend this, high risk for infections.

Nice from Far n Far from nice !
Water goes from scalding to cold a few times in the course of a short shower,
strange oily marks on furniture ! Generally dusty room
Location is great though
And rooms are huge

BIG TRAUMA . STAY AWAY.
This experience has to be one of the worst we’ve had.
Planned to stay here a week. Left after a few hours and cancelled.
1. Stayed on 45thfloor. Sea view. All the elevators can be heard right into bedroom. A signal goes on every time it reaches any floor. Horrible.
2. Kitchen cookware has to be ordered after a list of your choice. Only half of the items we wanted arrived. Dirty and disgusting. Only cold water in the faucet meaning you can’t clean them. Toaster black of dirt and finger prints. Greasy dirty frying pan.
You will also be responsible if you break anything or if something is missing at check out. Make sure everything you ordered have been delivered!
3. Ice cold water in infinity pool. Not useful other than to look at.
4. Music from bars and clubs can be heard even up to 45th floor.
5. Drawer on bedside broken. Stepped on it and hurt my foot. Full of long black hairs in the drawer from previous guest.. Disgusting.
We cancelled and checked out after all these disturbing issues. Impossible to stay.
What the staff said about all this?
YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE FIRST NIGHT EVEN IF YOU LEAVE! No questions about why we left.
Don’t stay here. Pick another hotel like we did. We recommend NOVOTEL. Great stay!

Regarding the room nights you booked through Expedia, we must clarify that, as per the terms of third-party bookings, cancellation will still require payment for a minimum of one night after canceling the booking while you already checked Into hotel. We request your kind understanding in this matter. And while the request for away from Guest lift we tried our best to fulfill your expectations based on your chosen room category and availability of rooms. But unfortunately, we failed to meet your expectations.
We also acknowledge your concerns about the pool water temperature. As it is an open-air natural infinity pool, this is challenging to control. However, we do offer a hot spring bath inside our onsen for our valued guest comfort, which may have been overlooked during your visit.
Additionally, we are actively pursuing a resolution for the noise issues with local authorities. We remain dedicated to finding an effective solution concerning the disturbances from nearby entertainment venues.
We appreciate your feedback, as it provides us with the opportunity to enhance our operations. We expect that our improvements will demonstrate our commitment to excellence.
