Expensive hot water
E hotel está limpio, pedimos un cuarto deluxe pero estos cuartos no tienen máquina para hacer café, y cuando baje a pedir agua caliente (no pedí té, yo tenia el mío) me cobraron 2 € por eso, la botella de agua mineral en el bar del hotel es más barata

Awful, the worst in my whole life.
This situation became extremely frustrating and uncomfortable, similar to the arrogance and lack of professionalism of Mr. Claudia Silva denied everything he was asked for, especially a simple document where he explained the reason and the position of the hotel in the face of this situation, even because to complain with the company we needed evidence as they did not let us stay in the hotel. Very badly treated, honestly, I've never seen anything like this in my life!

Este incidente já foi explicado telefonicamente à pessoa que fez a sua reserva.
Os hóspedes encaminhados pela Companhia de Aviação para o hotel têm de ter um documento para se hospedar no hotel; sem esse documento o hotel não pode providenciar o alojamento. Cabe à Companhia Aérea fornecer esse título aos seus passageiros. Como chegou ao hotel sem esse documento, teve de ser o nosso Recepcionista a solicitá-lo à Companhia de aviação, pois o Hóspede não o conseguiu (alegadamente porque a Companhia de Aviação não o atendeu telefonicamente). Portanto, o nosso recepcionista, além de ter de fazer o check in a um grupo numeroso de hóspedes em pouco tempo, ainda resolveu a sua falta de título de hospedagem, contactando telefonicamente a Companhia. Isto tudo, enquanto o Hóspede acrescentava mais tensão discutindo com o Recepcionista e solicitando o Livro de Reclamações (que não lhe foi negado - como afirma - como prova o facto de ter produzido uma reclamação formal).
Em síntese. O recepcionista resolveu a situação de uma forma positiva, visto que a hospedagem lhe foi proporcionada, apesar de todos os incidentes descritos, cuja causa original foi a falta de título de hospedagem suficiente. Em face disto, não podemos acompanhar a sua avaliação do desempenho do recepcionista, que qualifica de “arrogante” e de ter "falta de profissionalismo", qualificação que consideramos totalmente desadequada ou mesmo ofensiva.
