The hotel offers excellent facilities and a convenient location, making it a great choice for staying in Lima. The service is very good, with staff being friendly and helpful. However, there seems to be a slight issue with understaffing, which occasionally impacts efficiency. Despite this, the overall experience remains positive, and the quality of the amenities and location outweigh this minor drawback.

See above. Convenient quiet location. Great in dining. Room sized well. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

Location was good, Deluxe King room was spacious and comfortable. However the bathroom could have been a lot better. The design made it flood easily after showering and the bath towels were very worn out and thin. Not much amenities in the room, no mini bar either and very thin walls that make it very noisy from the hallways, neighboring rooms and lobby level restaurant. Our interaction with the front desk was disappointing too. Nobody from the hotel staff helps you open the hotel door even if you are struggling with your luggage, they just watch. Also during check out they insisted to charge us in Peruvian currency vs USD and tried to use and exchange rate that would have made the final charge in USD around 15% higher than what we booked, when I raised the issue they admitted they use a higher exchange rate so be aware of that
