Very good location and service.

Good experience, excellent service from the staff. Very kind of you all. Clean and comfortable room. I only made the suggestion to the staff to put slip tapes in the bathtub to avoid accidents.

Excellent

Hotel highly recommended if you are going with family or friends, the facilities are comfortable and very clean areas. It has a nice pool.

It was not as expected! AC extremely noisy. Lost expensive items and recovered only inexpensive. Security not very impressive. I’ll give it a thought before I stay there again

Terrible

We will not be staying another night due to an extremely unpleasant experience during our stay. The beds were uncomfortably hard, and there was only one blanket provided for two guests—forcing one of us to sleep with a towel. Additionally, there was a young child running and stomping around in the room above us until 3:30 am which made it impossible for us to get any rest.
One of us is handicapped and has undergone back and knee surgeries, so the lack of sleep and uncomfortable conditions were especially difficult and unacceptable.Many cars parking and then leaving in front of our room. Breakfast not good at all. A little bit of fruit two pancakes and puréed beans.
I looked at the reviews before going and they were good. Don’t even waste your money going here it’s terrible.

Breakfast

They should change the format of breakfasts of the restaurant and leave it as an open bar, in all the hotels I have visited the breakfast included is free in the breakfast bar, I have visited two of their hotels and breakfast is somewhat uncomfortable since it is in an alternate building as it is in Mexicali and Hermosillo, that there are waiters serving you very fair amounts of food is uncomfortable and the rooms do not have the complimentary coffee which is always nice to have in the room.
