Harika değil.

Genellikle yalnızca söyleyecek olumlu bir şeyim olduğunda yorum yaparım ancak bu sefer bu özellikle sıradan bir deneyimdi. Feribot iskelesine yakınlığı nedeniyle burada 1 gece kaldık. Belki de bunun yerine iskelede kalmalıydık. Burayı ne yapacağımı gerçekten bilmiyorum, duş başlığı parçalanıyordu ama bunun bir önemi yoktu çünkü su zaten soğuktu. Tuvalette güçlü bir pong vardı (biz kullanmadan önce). Müşteri hizmetleri yoktu. Havuzun fayansları kırıktı ve muhtemelen yüzülebilir değildi ve garip bir şekilde yataklarda sadece üst çarşaf yoktu. Aslında buranın en güzel yanı yolun aşağısındaki pizzacıydı. Şehirdeyken Sergio's Pizza'ya mutlaka göz atın.

Be careful if you stain a sheet and smoke in the room. The "manager" will not let you leave if you do not pay the sum of $3,000.00 pesos. In addition to threatening to call the local police if you complain about the abuse. Not even the best hotels charge you, let alone retain you. It's not worth what it costs per night, it's expensive. It is a third class hotel. Not recommended. Bad service, rude. In fact it is a house converted into a hotel. Don't visit it

Good from far, far from good.

We stayed in Chetumal & liked the location close to the Malecon. We booked an executive double Queen room specificity for the balcony as shown in the pictures. When we checked in & got our room we didn’t receive a balcony. Only a small dingy dusty room. We called Expedia & nothing got resolved. The girl at the front desk wouldn’t give us a hair dryer. We finally got one after my wife shamed her into it.
The door going into the washroom has very clearance from the toilet. Although Water pressure was good in the shower. The sauna as per internet add is non existent. You have to book 24 hours in advance. The sauna has a tv, clothes & shoes inside. Perhaps someone lives there.

Scam at the Framfor Inn

Booked this hotel online ,Expedia, for a short 2 night stay. Several room choices with corresponding different pictures. I booked on the Spanish site. Seems the Framfor Inn hired a very good photographer! The images online do not depict this run down hotel accurately. I booked an "Executive room with a balcony+ jacuzzi tub". I received a cramped shoebox of a room with neither amenity. The front desk clerk just pretended to be puzzled with my booking confirmation. The hotel actually has only 3 balconies despite their advertising. Check in document mentions 24hr in advance booking of sauna. Sauna is actually used as a storage closet with various personal effects/supplies visible .The pool( strangely hot) area is overgrown with weeds. Hanging plants are all dead in the pots. Our bathroom was missing a towel bar and toilet paper holder. The caulking around the toilet looked like a child did the job. The bathroom door barely clears the toilet when closing.Shower pressure was good/hot. The bedside electrical outlet was blackened obviously due to faulty wiring. The room had dust bunnies all over the wall trim.I asked for a hair dryer ( as mentioned in their ad, available on request), but was told "no". I had to really be firm and magically , I was given one. From the street, this hotel looks pretty appealing but it is not. We will not be returning. I expressed my dissatisfaction with Expedia and as expected, no refund at all.
