The Master Suite at the Bsea is officially my favourite hotel room ever. The ocean breeze, the loft bedroom, the sunsets and sunrises, the character of the building, the views of both the lagoon and the ocean were unbeatable. My only small complaint was that I didn't have soap and a cloth to wash my dishes and there was no coffee maker. The character of the building is really special.

Overall it was an ok stay, but we would not stay again. We arrived around 10pm. The guy at the gate was talking to us as if we were some crooks trying to enter the hotel. All the staff were very nice except that one guy. We had to go through him another night and his attitude was the same. The room was clean, but worn down. Our room showed kitchen sink in the picture, but we didn't have one. If you want your room cleaned or need extra towel, soap... you have to send the front desk a whatsapp message. I didn't have a problem with that, but I was told someone would bring the stuff in 15min. It took them almost an hr after me following up 3 times. The safe ran out of battery and took them a day to fix it. Glad it didn't happen on our checkout day. The restaurant is separate from the hotel they say. We went for breakfast the 1st morning and loved the breakfast, but we decided not to go again because they told us their wifi was down and we had to pay cash. I1st fell for it, then I noticed the Spanish speakers are paying card and none spanish speakers are paying cash. So as he was charging a card I went up and asked to get charged on the card. Right in front of me another guy disconects the wifi. The guy runs my card and of course it doesn't work and he says sorry no wifi cash only. So i said sorry no cash, I will wait until your wifi comes back. 20min later he comes back and says ok wifi is working. We decided not to eat there again just for that.

Our room was basic but clean and we had an amazing view of the sea and the beach from our room. There was a small shop in the hotel area but not that much else within walking distance although it's easy to get a bus or an Uber.

The place was very dated. Tv was only usually with Netflix. No phone in room. Bed was comfortable but only had a sheet on it. AC was poor, room was hot. I was glad it was only a one-night stay. I think the description on Hotels.com was very misleading. Im handicapped and had stairs in and out of my room. It was difficult to get my mobility scooter out by myself.
