Jom Makan Set Meal

For just RM20+, we enjoyed a delicious main course and a refreshing beverage. The portion size was just nice for a satisfying lunch. The restaurant also provides a comfortable and relaxing environment. Overall, the "Jom Makan" set meal at ibis PJCC is a great value-for-money option for a quick and satisfying meal.

Nice enough hotel in the middle of nowhere. Next to a series of highways and construction sites. Comfortable room , indifferent staff and terrible breakfast .

Average accomadation and rude staff

I would advice against choosing this hotel. Although it appears luxurious at first glance, the rooms are surprisingly budget high price . Our room was small, lacking a wardrobe, chair, and table. To make matters worse, we found rusty stains on the pillowcase and towel. We only stayed for one night due to a family event, but it was disappointing nonetheless.
The most disappointing part of our stay was the breakfast experience. We had paid for a breakfast package, but when we arrived at the cafe, there was no staff at the counter as they were lack of staff which we understand. The small cafe was packed with messy tables. The food and drink options were limited, and it took a long time to refill them, leaving the food area often empty. To make matters worse, while I were away to grab some food, my sister quickly went to coway machine briefly not that far from our table, a staff named Atirah suddenly cleared our table, throwing away our unfinished food. When my sister confronted her, Atirah didn't even apologize. The service was truly terrible, and it left a bad impression on us.
Regardless of whether they're part-time or full-time staff, hotel employees working in the restaurant should undergo etiquette training. This would teach them basic courtesy, such as recognizing that when cutlery is still facing up, it means the guest hasn't finished eating. Based on our experience, do think twice about staying at this hotel again.

A good hotel but located far from any convinent shops and stuff. Have to take grab or order food yourself for convenience. Water dispenser is at your hallway. Has all the amenities available. Cozy. Cold air cond. Room not that big but just enough. Overall, it’s a good hotel but location is abit stranded.

For your information, there are approximately 6 convenience stores within a short walking distance (just 2-5 minutes) from our hotel, including popular options like 7-Eleven, KK Mart, and Fresh&Co. Located beside highway but quite cosy. Many restaurants and convenience shops around. Only RM3 for parking. Opened in 2023, room is clean. Friendly receptionist. Will choose it again on my next trip.
