A wonderful and peaceful place that will stay in your mind for a long time.

A perfect place to stay 1-2 weeks or only for a a few days in the wonderful La Veranda hotel. Just 30 minutes by car from Santa Marta Colombia. They have everything you need and a delicious kitchen and great drinks.
The pool looks amazing during the evening when the color in the pole changes with the built-in LED lights.
It is truly an amazing experience when you sit and eat your breakfast and up under the roof you can enjoy many hummingbirds hovering at the suspended automatic feeders.
Not to mention the wonderful sunsets every evening to enjoy from the restaurant.

Over charge terrible management worst experience ever

The place is not even a hotel and has a decent view but when they over charge like the way they did to me 300,000 a nite for this ? I was told that was the regular price and what they do is overcharge adding things you don't need like AC offer breakfast and don't have honey for pancakes and the other meals are just eggs and cafe very plain never cleaned WIFi useless i talk to the “manager “and he basically is furniture because he don't even try to fix it at the end i pay 600 for 2 days and another 300 in food almost a million in 2 days when I ask for my invoice detail i have to wait and hour because they where confused with the "taxes" because if you don’t need it you don’t pay taxes and if you ask for one you pay taxes this "Manager "at the end said that it is what it is and if don’t like it don’t come back also because I said I will pay until y see my invoice I was told they will call the police so I said please maybe I can get my invoice and go upload the pictures of the invoice so you can be careful with this thieves i hope you don't have to get though all this hassle ……many other places around don’t waste your money

Precious !!

Beautiful!
The place is like a fairy tale! The people who work there are very beautiful, the view is dreamlike and the place is super quiet to be in peace and enjoy nature and the singing of the birds. The food is also super delicious and fresh ️

Overpriced but nice place

The restaurant looks nice but the food is overpriced and the service is completely disinterested. The poke bowl and the vegan bowl were loveless. Vegetables undercooked and insufficient dressing and seasonings. Even though it is quite pricey. The food and service are subpar, but since the place is so beautiful, it is still three stars.
