Beautiful everything.

I cannot think of a single fault for this apartment. I stayed with 4 other people and we all agreed that we could live there permanently. In a 5 bed private ensuite apartment, we had an entire kitchen complete with utensils, fridge, hob, kettle etc. and a dining table by a window with a view of the Duomo! Despite being in the centre of Florence, the apartment was very quiet and peaceful. We even had a balcony which was also perfect for drying clothes. The beds were very comfortable and the general decoration was stunning...lots of ideas for one's own living space here. It really feels very cozy and home like. By far the best part of this apartment was its location, a 5 minute walk from the main train station, about 7 minutes to the majority of the main sites, located on a street with plenty of bars and restaurants and next door to two supermarkets from which you can buy cheap food to cook in your kitchen. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who plans a trip to Florence!

Bedbugs and aggressive manager

The hotel is infested with bedbugs. I called booking to change hotels and the owner Stephan heard me and started to get angry. He took my things and put them outside after midnight. I wanted to wait until I found another hotel to check out but he started being aggressive. So I packed my stuff and just before closing the door he spat on me. He smelled of alcohol... I called the police and when they came there Stephan did not open the door out of cowardice. In the end, I found myself looking for a hotel in the streets of Florence at 1am…
To flee!!!! It's not possible that the other opinions are true, I saw a comment from someone who had the same story as me.
I forgot to mention the floor is sticky, no air conditioning that works, large road next to it and there is a toilet and a bathroom in the same room for at least 10 beds.
