Nice structure and convenient location
Dear owners of the B & B who have prepared breakfast.
The only downside was the smell of smoke that was in our room and suboptimal soundproofing, but I must say that for the price and the fact that it was just one night, I could not have asked for better

Art holidays
Convenient location and close to all amenities, risporanti bars, supermarkets, Rocco and Michele are always super helpful, breakfast very good Brioche always fresh.
Nice rooms and very clean.
The location of the B & B allows you to move quietly anywhere 10 minutes from the tower of pisa 20 minutes from the sea.
Recommendation really to everyone, we really enjoyed

disappointing
the structure is dated but this matters little, a particular and pleasant entrance staircase, the rooms are on the first floor where the common kitchen for breakfast is also located. our room had access from a storage room where various objects were shelved...a not very tidy warehouse I would say, the room small but sufficient for our anything but pretentious needs. the decidedly dated furnishings need a refresh. However, the thing that disappointed me was the bathroom. recently restored but unfortunately not cleaned. From the other reviews I haven't read anything about this so I imagine it was an oversight but the fact remains that certainly, without going into details, the cleanliness of the bathroom had been forgotten. this is the only reason why I will not return because I confirm the kindness of the host who welcomed us.
