Thank you for your comments. We are very sorry our hotel did not get your expectations. We have recently installed WIFI antennas to have a better coverage, but it also depends on the size of the document you are trying to dowload.
We also are doing continuously manteinance works to keep our hotel in perfect conditions.

Please inform Sercotel Princesa De Eboli of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. The fitness room is currently closed for refurbishment until further notice. Please note that use of the kitchen in rooms carries a EUR 30 surcharge per stay, to be paid upon arrival. When booking 5 or more rooms, different policies and additional charges might apply. Regarding the "fitness room" gym, it does not exist as such in the hotel, we have a signed agreement with the gym in the shopping center (2 minutes walk). The use has a cost for clients determined by the number of days contracted at the hotel Reception. The hotel has all common areas, lounges and restaurant areas adapted for people with reduced mobility, but not 100% of our rooms. Please, if this is your case, contact the hotel before your arrival to assign you a room adapted to your needs.
Please note that under Royal Decree 933/2021, effective February 1, 2025, hotels in Spain may request certain personal information at check-in, including but not limited to identification, address, email, and phone number for guests 14 and older, as well as proof of relationship with minors under 14.
