Experience at Hotel Carande.

We were as a family, staying between February 14 and 17, 2024 at the hotel. We highlight the privileged location one block from the beach, next to the plaza and countless commercial premises. It is important to indicate the cordiality and excellent attention of each of the team members: Lin, Sebastián, Bastian, Damiana and everyone whose name I do not know. Always willing to solve problems to make the vacation more pleasant. I cannot fail to mention Mrs. Alejandra for her excellent hand in the kitchen. Finally, excellent rooms and cleanliness. Congratulations (Room 21 and 28). Luis Valencia.

Lowering the quality

I booked Standsr room via web... they assign me room 21, of which there are no air conditioning or TV remote controls.
They change our room to the 27th... where there is no place to put the soap and shampoo in the shower, we ask for inaction stand and they put us in a triple stand... space was lacking... there was a bed left over.
Must be the 5th. Or 6th. This is a hotel and I can say that the quality is on the decline.
I hope they get better... since I'm back in January.

As always a good experience

Our third time and the quality does not decline. Excellent attention. We went again with our dog, we enjoyed a very comfortable room and the permanent kindness of the staff. We will definitely return for a fourth and a fifth time!! The location is perfect.

Terrible to rest due to staff noise.

THE WORST NAP I HAVE EVER SLEEP They are not careful with the people who stay to stay, in the afternoon cleaning staff! He makes loud banging noises, slamming doors, loud music on his cell phone, the door was closed on several occasions by the wind and I didn't put anything in place to prevent it, he spoke with the receptionist and it didn't change the situation at all.

For the price, I expected a little smile from the front desk staff.

Staff at the front desk are not friendly. It seemed that they were doing you a favor for letting you stay there. The room was clean, but the bathroom was not and barely fits one person. I am 5’7” and had to tiptoe to reach the vanity. It’s a very old building. For the price, I expected better. For breakfast they give you coffee sachet.
