2) mostly clean
Cons:
1) scared me by their disturbing call to start getting ready to empty the room an hour prior to their normal check-out time at 1:00pm. So, I said that was rude to disturb my peace when I still had hour to my departure, and they should only call if I were late..
2) room smell not fresh from the funky scent of their body wash
3) wall of room and the tissue box had some white dried dirty marks to my disgust
4) a broken ceramic tile right in the middle of the room floor rattled every time to worn me to be cautious not to get cut
5) the shower head kept slipping down not tightly held at the base that I had to tough the wall while under the shower..
6) deadbolt did not fit into the hole, so I just made sure the door didn't open from outside when shut locked..

すぐ横にメガコーヒー、前にセブンイレブン、徒歩圏内にホームプラスやオリヤン、本屋、スタバなどカフェや飲食店が多くロケーションは抜群に良かったです。
お部屋はモーテルなのでバスタブがあっても蓋がなかったり、4泊しましたが掃除は宿泊中の掃除はありませんでした。リクエストが必要だったのかもしれません。
ゴミもそのまま、タオルの補充も黙っていればありませんが、リクエストすれば対応してくれます。
TVは大きく、お水は室内の冷蔵庫に2本入っていましたが、ロビー階にある冷蔵庫からジュース、お水は自由に持って行っていいみたいです。
総じて満足しました。
