Van dit soort feedback kunnen wij desondanks enorm veel leren om onszelf te verbeteren. Wij werken er hard aan om onze gasten een fantastische ervaring te bezorgen, maar in dit geval zijn wij blijkbaar tekort geschoten. Wij hopen dat je ons alsnog een kans zou willen geven om je vertrouwen terug te winnen. Ik kan je garanderen dat wij dan ons uiterste best zullen doen om je een fantastische ervaring te geven waar veel van onze gasten ondertussen van zijn gaan houden.

Night with the family
Good B&B with secure parking and self service check in.
Good breakfast.
Cleanliness of the room Good but room 302 smelled of smoke since near the emergency exit where everyone goes to smoke.
Room in the norm but with derisory space to open suitcases.
Very small bathroom.

Otherwise very good establishment well located in the heart of the St Charles area and therefore the international market

Outside of reception opening hours, head to the hotel entrance where a Room Vending Machine allows you to retrieve your room number and access code at any time. To do this, take your booking number and credit card for payment, then let yourself be guided on the screen. The access code to your room also opens the gate and the door of the hotel lobby if applicable.
