Good: location, room size with terrasse, continental breakfast.
Not good: the smell in the stairs, cleaning staff complaining loudly.

Maalesef çok kötü bir konaklama geçirdim. Vernada kapısı kilitlenmiyordu servis istedim . O gece için yardımcı olamayacaklarını söylediler. Ben de o şekilde yatamayacağımı bildirdim. Odamı değiştirmelerini istedim. Değiştiremeyeceklerini söylediler. Otelin tamamen dolu olduğunu bildirdiler. Ben de inip lobide oturdum. 15-20 dakika sonra hiç de nazik olmayan bir tarzda oda vereceklerini söylediler. Hiç profesyonel bir yaklaşım değildi .

The only reasons I booked this hotel were the location, price, and spa services—but it seems I made the wrong decision. We had the worst spa experience ever: the area was dirty and wet, clearly in need of a full renovation. The sauna door wouldn’t close properly, allowing cold air to come in. There were no towels, no staff to assist, and no one to answer our questions. We had to walk all the way back to our room in wet slippers, passing through the reception—I guess they like us cleaning the floor with our wet slippers!
Breakfast was poor, and the rooms were not soundproof. I couldn’t sleep all night because of the loud noise from people coming in and out.
Overall, we understand it’s not a 5-star hotel, so for the money we paid, I guess it was just okay.

Average level for a 4 star hotel. The SPA was partially closed, and sometimes dirty. I do not comment the 25€/person for the Breakfast

So we stayed in room 625. The air conditioning did not work. We complained. Someone checked and it still was not working. Nothing was done or offered. It was so hot in the room we slept with the window wide open meaning we could hear everything outside. You only got 2 bottles of water on arrival. Not replenished each day. Bar was supposed to close at 12. Was closed long before this.
Plus side. Great location. Nice hotel. Pool and spa area was clean and tidy.
