Love this place) Well situated, not far from ocean and lot of restaurants are close to the villa. Stuff are friendly, kitchen is clean and good equipped. Pool is also very nice

We stayed here for 3 nights, lovely the space and decent cleanliness. Not much service peovided, no house keeping for the entire stay and has to go down to reception to get my soap and toilet paper replenish. Luckily, I had no expectation due to the pricepoint.
Minor inconvenience is the constant thudding noise in room 101 (not sure if it's coming from aircon-water leaking). Hence, a little hard to fall asleep at night.

A lovely hotel which is excellent value. Though no windows really - it’s very clean and very spacious especially for the price. Works highly recommend. I liked it so much I rebooked for an extra night. Location is great and easy to get to to bars and nightlife by car, scooter or walking.

It’s not the cleanest, the room is very dusty and has an old cupboard smell? Pillow case and toilet have a musky smell too.
They didn’t change bedsheets when they were doing house keeping, not sure if this is a normal practice.
The walls or rooms are not very soundproofed. Take note for those who are sensitive to sound, you can hear your next door neighbour, who’s talking outside, door closing etc.
Overall, this feels more like a hostel than a hotel so please manage your expectations. The staff were helpful. We needed medical support and the staff were helpful in assisting.

Not the most pleasant hotel, it looks more like a hostel. There is a flask in the room instead of water bottles, it is not entirely clear what kind of water is there. The staff is not very attentive. The smoking area is strangely equipped. View from the window to the construction site
