The mattress was good but off center, so I nearly feel out of the bed twice. The toilets were nice and clean, with the exception of the ugle and damaged floor. The paper towel was also at a laughable quality.
Doing check-out in the early morning I struggled to find the box where I should return the key card to, as there where no notice.

The hotel room is nice, but there are some experience that I don’t like it
1. Cancellation- we sent the email earlier but they don’t accept any cancellation request even with penalties
2. Check in time- I was arrived on Sunday 16:30 pm, but I couldn’t find any staff at the reception and it’s locked, the check in time is start from 15:00, but they off duty on 15:30, just a 30 mins to check in I can say this is funny.
3. Trip.com- the CS even send me the check in time table after I ask how there are no ppl at the reception, and trip.com CS couldn’t contact the hostel, said tomorrow morning only available, this is one of the reason I gave 1 star

The room was clean but very small. The bathroom was clean and practical.
Room was very hot as there is no air-con, so there was no option except to open the window. But it was really really noisy. And noise and music was nonstop whole night till 6 in the morning. Between heat and noise, we didn't sleep at all.
I won't stay there again
