Great staff and very good service
Vanshika Arora make sure every customer is vell taken care and have a memorable stay. Thank you so much Marriott Heathrow team and it was lovely to stay at your hotel.

super attentive staff…nice nibbles and plentiful beverage. Lovely atmosphere in lounge too.

Fee for early check in, room too warm no way to cool it down.
Pros: Large room
Excellent service in the M Lounge
Cons: 30 pound fee for checking in at 11:45
Room so warm couldn't sleep! Had to get 3 fans to try and cool it down
Still didn't help as only a duvet on bed, not a sheet.
Whenever I can't sleep, because of the temperature in the room, I consider it a very poor hotel. No window that opens, broken temperature control. Only heat available, had to turn it off all together.
Front desk offered to change the room, we were already unpacked and in our pj's ready for bed!
They offered 5,000 extra points for the inconvenience, so far that has not appeared in my account. I doubt it will.
If you want a good night's sleep, go elsewhere.
also, the Renaissance Heathrow, does not charge a fee for early check in, (if they have an available room.) That is our usual Heathrow Marriott hotel. We stayed at this one to be with friends.
We will be going back to the Renaissance next trip.

While I’m pleased that you found our room spacious and enjoyed the excellent service in the M Lounge, I sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with the room temperature and the early check-in fee. It is particularly disappointing to learn that you were unable to get a comfortable night's sleep due to the excessive heat, lack of proper bedding, and issues with temperature control. We understand how critical a restful environment is for our guests, and I regret that we did not deliver that for you.
I also regret that the promised 5,000 bonus points for the inconvenience have not yet appeared in your account. Please be assured that the bonus points take 48 hours to be credited.
Your feedback regarding the early check-in fee and the comparison with the Renaissance Heathrow is also noted. We value your loyalty and take your comments very seriously as we continuously strive to enhance our guest experience.

We booked a superior room but you don’t really get much extra for your money and if I’m being totally honest the beds were not that comfortable. The hotel in general is great it just looks like it needs an uplift in places. The leisure area being one of them as the changing room in the ladies had lots of things that needed repairing and my autistic son got locked in the shower room in the changing rooms because the lock was worn.
