Everything was excellent! Bed was so comfy and heat/air conditioning had a setting where can would keep running so you didn't wake up every time it started. Breakfast was also yummy. Front desk employees were very nice. Best hotel visit!

There were minor problems. No coffee at breakfast and i was there by 8 AM. Had to make some....
The system locks you out of your room if you leave it, even if you have not checked out. If you go to breakfast and leave your room, have to have a new key made.....

Hockey weekend stay

Went with our hockey team for a tournament. The employees were extremely accommodating to our large groups needs. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Let our team take over the conference room so we didn't disturb other guests. Rooms were well taken care of and hotel was clean. Would stay here again.

They charged my account almost double what my stay was. When I asked the front desk about it twice neither person could answer my question about the charges. I asked if I could talk to a manager and they both told me they would have to text her to get ahold of her. They both took my name and number and no one returned my call. Hotel is nice and clean and quiet but if you have any questions or concerns they don’t seem to know or care to help you.

Nice room and help was great

This hotel is very nice. The help is accomodating and the room was spacious and clean. We got a king suite and the kitchen was fully equiped. Breakfast was just okay, but, a nice to have before heading out for the day. The location is about 20 minutes from Appleton so if you are there for a day of shopping or even to go to the Packer game in Green Bay not a bad spot to stay. Reasonably priced.
