We deeply regret that the suite you were assigned did not meet our usual standards of cleanliness and comfort. The musty smell, sofa condition, and issues with the shower and TV are certainly concerning, and we will be addressing these maintenance issues immediately to ensure they are resolved. Additionally, we apologize for the inconvenience regarding towels and the lack of in-room service. This is not the level of service we intend to provide, and we will work on improving this aspect.
