Too many woman of the street there and homeless people . And clothes were thrown in the walkway area and it was dingy.

The price was affordable but I had an issue with room service the tub was not cleaned and the sink had hair in it. They never came in our room to clean it during our stay.

The shower water was not hot lukewarm at best
There was a homeless person begging for stuff in the stairwell
There was 100.00 deposit that I did not know about intill I went to check in

The hotel sucks! The beds sound like an old machine the whole night they do not clean the room, the tv doesn’t work they change towels every three days DISFUSTING too much noise

The rooms have clearly been updated to try and make the place nicer, but the outside is dirty, it smells like weed, and the people who are there as customers were noisy and several were rude to the staff and others in the area. The rooms are colder when you get in and the door opens right to the outside. It is loud from the outside. We were given a room on the 3rd floor and did not have neighbors, but there was some commotion when we checked out a few hours later. We did not stay the night, especially after reading more of the reviews and seeing what else was going on there. We were told we would have to be charged for the one night since we did go to the room, but that Expedia could call the hotel and we could be reimbursed for the 2nd night. Expedia was completely shut down by the hotel management (and I’m not surprised. They seem to need all the money they can get). Go down the road to any other hotel (Hampton, Holiday Inn, Wingate) and you’ll get a room for nearly the same price that is cleaner, the staff is nicer, and you can feel more secure.
