We thank you for your business and support to Old School, and appreciate your advise. I was shocked to hear that if we serve Break Fast which includes , bacon, Scrambled Eggs, Biscuit & Grave, 3 types of Breads, Oat Meal, Yogart, 2 Types of cereals, 2 types of Juice coffee , apples and whole bunch of other condiments to choose from all for Free for every guest staying in that room FOR FREE !!!! you were not impressed ? You had 4 guest staying in that room for $69 with all this included !! I wonder if you stayed in multiple rooms as you have written that some rooms are getting new beds !!! 80% of our Hotel rooms have Beds that are less then 3 years old.
We respect and cater family orientated business and we have families staying with us all the time, We have larges "" Swimming Pool "" and Court Yard setting to relax which you don't find in newer boxed building hotels. Our rooms are solid block construction and have best possible insulation compare to paper thin insulation of newly constructed hotels where you can hear next door conversation or foot steps above you.
We respect your opinion but wanted to bring up positive aspects of our hotel as well.
Shower was checked and was not found any issues with hot or cold water but if you had issue and told our front desk we would have taken care right at the moment.
