Excellent solution

I stayed at this hotel 3 nights because it is a twenty minute walk from my company headquarters in California. The hotel is as simple as it is well maintained, with the common areas already starting to be decorated for Halloween. The room I was given, on the fourth floor, is large and spacious, with a huge comfortable king bed, a two-seater sofa, a kitchenette with sink, desk, etc. A large bathroom with double shower completes the room's equipment. Very quiet, you sleep in complete darkness. The only problem was when on the last night a truck parked under the window and kept the engine running all night. Breakfast is very basic but for me who are sweet tooth there is the possibility to make waffles with maple syrup and I do not need anything else.

Great solution if you want to stay out of San Francisco

Newly built hotel 12 km from San Francisco Airport.
Good size clean room with all the amenities you would expect (excellent wifi, generously sized tv, and large shower cubicle in the bathroom). Good soundproofing as well as air conditioning.
Breakfast discreet, but satisfying for both the salty and sweet part.
Free parking around the property.
The kindness of the reception staff should be noted

The structure is perfect and new …only one problem , there was the fan in the bathroom that makes a lot of noise and you can not switch off , and I could not sleep well

Check-in was fast and smooth. The front desk clerk, a young Asian lady with long hair, was efficient and very friendly, offering to let us choose a specific floor since there were many options available on Sunday evening. It’s always nice to be greeted by an efficient and friendly receptionist when checking in. The standard 2-Queen room was spacious enough for the three of us to store our luggage and necessities. The room was very clean. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and helpful. The pillows were cloud-like and comfortable, and while the blankets were thin, they still kept us warm.
The lobby was very spacious and clean, with modern decor. After checkout, I realized I had left my jacket in the closet, so I called the front desk. They kindly kept it in a bag for me until I picked up. Overall, the staff were excellent, and the cleanliness exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return when my daughter has a volleyball tournament at the San Mateo Event Center!

When we checked in the room had a BROKEN A/C & HEAT. we were given a PORTABLE HEATER TO PLUG IN....TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. after two hours of absolutely freezing and being told they could not get us another room... a room was found...we have stayed there many times and NEVER had problem like that before...thank you whoever you were that found room for us. we are both in mid 70's. and no heat was unacceptable!!
