Always a good stay it’s quiet even though close to a busy intersection. Close to shops as well as airport.

Had several issues at this property. First room was not clean, so they moved me to a double room instead of a single. Next room smelled horribly. I had to leave the windows and door open for over an hour and purchase fabreeze to clear out the smell.
There was then police activity on the property. Someone was either on parole or probation and the cops came to complete a check on them.
The ice machine does not work. The front desk is aware of the issue and does not offer any alternatives.
The onsite restaurant plays loud music that you can hear from within the room.
Overall unless you are just needing a quick place to sleep after an even at the SAP center, I would not recommend staying here.

The first room i was given was dirty. The second room had a fridge/freezer combo that was under performing. The ice machine is broken, so i had to purchased ice each day. Unfortunately i was not able to keep it cold in the refrigerator. There was police activity on the property and none of the phone numbers online worked to call the front desk.

No microwave plus they gave me a dirty room and the heater wasn't working. The room was cold as a freezer and the front desk clerk was an idiot. Im a disable person and they didn't had rooms on 1st floor. Had me walking up the stairs with my heavy luggage.

Its horrible the hotel had bed bug d9dnt even stay the whole night end up checkimg out a few hiurs after checking in... didnt get my money back or aby compensation for the room having bed bugs...
