Thank you for choosing to stay with us while hunting for a place to retire. I am glad to hear that your stay with us was worth a perfect rating! I am from Long Island and I too feel like the water temps are like taking a bath: pool or Gulf. At least one of the perks is you won't need a pool heater and you can use it year round.
