Magic Moment Resort ve Kids Club, rezervasyonu iptal ettikten sonra ücret iadesi yapmayı reddeder.
Resepsiyon çalışanı, otelin cuma günden beri rezervasyon yaptırıldığını açıkladı ancak otelin dolu olması durumunda nasıl rezervasyon yaptırabileceğimi açıklayamadı. Bir yöneticiyle konuşmak istedim. Görevde olan müdür, son odanın 5 dakika önce satıldığını belirtti. Sorun şu ki en az 30 dakika oradaydık. Magic Moment Resort ve Kids Club yalan söyledi. Rezervasyonun iptal edilmesinden şikayet edip oradayken rezervasyon yaptırmadan son odayı sattılar. Ayrıca, iptal politikaları nedeniyle rezervasyon ücretini iade etmeyi reddediyorlar. Bu, hem benim hem de ailem için çok haksızlıktı ve stresliydi. Artık ücret iademi almak için yasal yolları aramam gerekiyor.
Anlaşmış oldukları iptal politikası nedeniyle ücret iademi reddedildiğini belirten çok genel bir e-posta aldım. Rezervasyonu iptal etmediğimi ve otelin dolu olduğunu kabul etmiyorum. Bu durumdan kaynaklanan rahatsızlıktan dolayı ücret almam gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Bunun yerine, soyuluyorum.
