This is a freshly painted and renovated hotel that used to go by a different name. So, some of the hotel is noticeably older, like the elevator. But, that being said, it was pretty nice. The rooms are just converted over to the new branding, but I think it works for them. It’s simple. The beds are big and comfortable. The shower head was great, good pressure. The staff was wonderful (helped us after our keys didn’t work since some of the doors are of course older and a bit janky). The tv was good. The wireless chargers that were included in the room was a plus since my bf broke his charger on the way up. I will say that there was a weird gap at the bottom of the janky door that I wasn’t a huge fan of, but oh well. The free breakfast is exceptionally simple, but does the job. Would stay again as a cheap option away from the hustle of Grand Rapids downtown.

The room was okay. I was disappointed at how loud it was in our hallway on Saturday night. There should have been someone helping keep tgings quiet after 10pm, or certainly after midnight. We stayed 3 nights for a college visit. By far, the best aspect was the bed. It was very comfortable. The shower seemed to have a dirty floor and our bathroom fan cover was hanging off the wall. Staff was kind though I had a hard time understanding the night guy. He was super friendly though. Breakfast was also dissappointing. No hot option for breakfast....not even make your own waffles. That would have helped.

Loved the room and employees were very nice. The only thing I really missed was a coffee pot and microwave in the room.

Super new and clean. Staff was nice. Parking was convenient. The bed was a little noisy and the walls seemed thin ;)

My stay was comfortable and the room was clean. Hilton did a great job updating and old hotel. It was a modern look at a great value.
