Easy to locate hotel, seconds off I-20. Hotel room exceptionally clean, king bed was extremely comfortable. Gym room was clean with new equipment and 75 inch TV. Able to get in a 45 minute workout. Basic selection for Breakfast food (Breakfast sandwichs, fruits, cereals, juices etc). Don't expect a buffet type style. Only down side is a charge of $25.00 to early check-in. Word to the wise, don't nickel and dime your customers for being "On time". It make the trip experience more pleasant. Front desk reps were friendly and professional.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times but this last time I get no sleep there was people just moving around and dropping stuff all hours of the night other than that everything was good

Christmas 2024 Trip

The hotel is very modern. They did not come clean the room any and we had to ask for towels. I did find a roach in the bathroom but other than that it was clean. The breakfast was not good but the coffee stays out and is good. Overall I would stay here again.

The check-in was fine. The staff was very accommodating. The room was fine. Bed better than average. Got to sleep and then it all turns bad. Twice in the middle of the night the fire alarm went off. About 20 minutes between the two. After the second alarm my mind wouldn't relax while waiting for the next alarm. Checked out at 3am. While nice about it, the staff reminded me it wasn't their fault. Granted, but it wasn't mine either.

What a FANTASTIC PLACE with an even MORE FANTASTIC STAFF

Really have to start with the staff. Has to be one of the most excellent and friendliest staffs I have ever had the pleasure of meeting at a hotel. Tyesha, Julianne, Michelle and Debbie especially went out of their way to make my stay great. Especially considering that in the last 4 months all I have done is travel from hotel to hotel in different places for my company from week to week. The room is unique with walk in showers that I fell in love with especially after having double knee surgery a few months earlier. No more stepping over tubs. I love the room with all the unique features. The beds are great with good pillows. They have some of the best coffee I have ever tasted in a hotel. OMG it was like I could not get enough of it and I had not had that much coffee in forever. It was my first time staying in an avid hotel but certainly not my last and I will definitely stop in here just to say hello if I am ever back in the area. Feel like I made some good friends while here just for a few days. You can NOT go wrong staying here. Sorry for the delay in doing the review. Life has been crazy.
