Please accept my apology for the fact that your stay was not in keeping with what you have come to expect from Marriott Hotels. I assure you that we will use our service failure as an opportunity to learn and grow.
The Brentwood Residence Inn ranks #3 in the region for guest satisfaction. There are 22 hotels in the region. We certainly did not demonstrate our exceptional service culture in this instance.

I will make sure your comments get shared with the folks that make it happen every day. They deserve all the credit.
I also hear on a regular basis how much our guest's appreciate our peaceful location yet we are located less than 15 miles from the Nashville Music scene.

You are correct, the Brentwood Residence Inn is the perfect hotel for families traveling on vacation. Our extra large rooms are very popular. Our guest also like the option of cooking in their suite. Or, enjoying our full, hot breakfast buffet every morning in our Gatehouse served by our friendly staff.
You mentioned WIFI. We are wireless through out the property. This means that every member of the family with a device can access the internet at the same time. With our ability to burst our bandwidth to 100 MB, your internet experience will be very close to what you have at home.
