Restoran sınırlı menü ile unappealing ve yemek underwhelming oldu. Bar 11'de kapanıyor. Saat 30'da bir içki siparişi vermeye çalıştığımızda saat 30. Saat 15: 00'de, bar ihalesi, hayır, sahip olamayacağımızı söyledi.
Son saman, otel bizi bizi otelden F 1'e hem Cumartesi hem de Pazar günü almak için bir limuzin rezervasyonu. Sürücüye nakit olarak peşin ödemek zorunda kaldık 1, 200 €! ! ! Sürücü bizi F1'e bıraktı ve sonra birden fazla çağrıya ve mesaja rağmen onu bir daha görmedim. Otel aradık ve hiç yardımcı olmadı. Sonunda otele geri döndükten sonra resepsiyonist daha az yardımcı olamazdı. O kadar kaba ve hiçbir yardım teklif etti (Bu limuzin şirketi görünüşte otel tarafından sıkça kullanıldı).
Sonunda Pazar günü parayı geri almak için polisi arayarak otel müdürüyle konuşmaya başladık. O zamandan beri hiçbir şey duymadık ve bu şirketin saygın olmasına ve bize önerilmesine rağmen hala paramızı geri alamadık.
Kaba personel, korkunç yemek, açık olması ve bir taksi şirketi tarafından sökülmek istendiğinde kapalı olan bir barda kalmak istiyorsanız, o zaman bu sizin için mükemmeldir. Önlemek!

We are really disappointed by your reaction as we did our really best to help you during your entire stay. First of all your a/c dis fonctionnement was solved and another room was also offered directly. Secondly the restaurant staff accepted all your requests in order to make you satisfied. And last but not least, we were really involved with the limo lake of professionalism. We indeed made the booking for you as requested. You were informed in the same time that we only transferred your booking as we did not know that company. However cash payment was arranged between you and the company without any implication of our staff. We really regret this and we remain (currently) in contact with the police regarding that case. I informed several times your father about this for the last 7 weeks. It is totally unacceptable for us and we are keeping hope in solving this as fast as possible.
We really hope to welcome you again in Naxhelet as the whole team was affected by that trouble which is a really first one for us.

Harika bir otel / Spa
Birkaç şey: Resepsiyon personeli çok süper cana yakın değil ama tamam. Bu ilk ziyaretimizdi ve otel hakkında hiçbir şey ya da zar zor ya da bar, spa, odalar bulmak için. . .
Akşam yemeği için 8 'e için rezervasyon yaptım ve 23 : 00 'ten sonra bitti. . . Rahat ve güzel bir akşam, ama uzun. . . Sadece bu yüzden önceden.
Bar, harika ve dış terası. İtalyan garson en çok cana yakın! ! Havuz alanı mükemmel uzun sandalye ve oda veya kilitli dolaplar, bornoz ve terlik kullanabilirsiniz. Tesisler hakkında fazla bir şey yok ama ilk defa kullanırken s kolay anlaşılması veya ne olduğundan emin olun! Tedavi çok iyiydi.
Muhteşem bir konaklamaydı. . . Ben kesinlikle geri geleceğim, yaz aylarında çevreden ve dışarıda yaşamak için öğle / akşam yemeği.
