Bu mekan birden fazla kaldık ve ihtiyaçlarımız için son derece uygun. Odalar geniş, iyi donanımlı bir ütü, ütü masası, bar buzdolabı, kahve ve çay yapma hükümler ve mikro dalga. Temel Havaalanı oteli.
2 Gece kaldık, kocam bir konferansa katıldım.
Yatak rahattı ve odada ihtiyacımız olan her şeyi vardı.
Temizlik personelinin fazladan çaba gerekli olacağını sanmıyorum.
Sözde balkon sürgülü kapı yağmur uzak tuttu, ancak, hazırladı. Neyse ki yeni bir bölme sistemi var, bu nedenle oda sıcak.

Biz uçan Melbourne'da geç, bu yüzden bu otelde rezervasyon yaptırdım. Uygun ama basit. Personel çok dost canlısı ve verimli değil. Müşteri hizmetleri havaalanı transferi dışında harika değil. Sanırım ben tavsiye ederim.

Great place to stay before going to the airport or returning. Offers parking whilst away. Has onsite restaurant. Room spacious.

Terrible customer service.
Don't book this place. We stayed for just one night before we flew out and we can tell they only really cater to people that aren't there for a long time.
Reception staff were awful. The man I spoke to had very poor English and I had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times. The lift is at the far end of the property and is a long walk to get there, up the lift then turn back on yourself to get to the room we were in.
The room itself was OK. Bed was comfy, bathroom was spotlessly clean. We had to tune the TV ourselves as it didn't have any channels on it.
I called the restaurant to order room service. The staff member was so rude. "is that all you want?" when I ordered two plates of food and two drinks. I asked how long it would take (as we wanted to shower) and he just hung up on me. The food arrived very quickly but was very average quality and quantity. The pizza was the size you would feed a child, and the loaded wedges had very minimal cheese or bacon.
The next morning, we were woken by the sound of multiple barking dogs at 7am. I don't know where they were or how far away, but the barking went on and on. It was still going when we left the room around 9am. The curtains are terrible and don't close properly around the windows. When lying in bed, I had the street lamp shining right into my eyes because of how they had hung the curtains. Terrible.
When we checked out, the Asian woman on reception was so rude. She explained we had a room service bill, which we were aware of. I asked if they could charge the card that the room was on (as my purse was packed in the bottom of my bag). She picked up the eftpos machine and said I owed them X amount, and put it into the machine and handed it to me. I repeated myself and asked if they could charge the card that the room was booked with. She looked at me like I'd said something very offensive and said "No, you pay for it now". I said "Oh ok, I gave you my card details last night when we checked in. i thought you just charge it to the same card". I then had to wrestle in my bag to find my purse, which she just stood holding the eftpos machine glaring at me.
The shuttle was very efficient, got us to the airport on time and the driver was helpful with bags.
Overall, we would not stay here again unless we were desperate.
