Olağanüstü Bir Tecrübe!
Resepsiyonda George olağanüstüydü. Son derece cana yakın ve son derece kolay. Çok konukseverdi ve her zaman harika vakit geçirmemizi sağladı. Kız arkadaşımın doğum gününde odamıza bir şişe şarap da getirdi!
Zemin katta bulunan Clifford’s restoranında bir gece yedik ve lezzetli bir biftek yemeği yedik! Waves’teki açık büfe kahvaltı da harikaydı. O kadar çok seçenek var ki
Oda da bizim için mükemmeldi. George, servisimiz beklediğimizden daha erken geldiği için bize erken check-in yaptırdı. Bu çok nazikti ve oda erken check-in yaptırdığımıza rağmen hâlâ tertemizdi. Okyanusun muhteşem manzarasına bayıldım!
Voco’da geçirdiğimiz süreden ve George’a gerçekten muhteşem olduğu için çok teşekkür etmekten daha çok memnun olamazdık!

Konumu ve Fiyatı Harika, Ancak Odalar Güncellemeye Yararlanabilir
Ancak oda ve özellikle de tuvalet, eskimiş hissettiriyordu. Bu yüzden 5 yerine 4 yıldız verdim. Bununla birlikte, fiyat ve rahatlık açısından burası sağlam bir seçim ve burada tekrar konaklamayı düşünüyorum.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card and a 3% charge when you pay with a Diners Club credit card.
