Rocky and bad attention!!!
I went to witness the tournament and decided to go with my lady for a drink and a bite to eat at the hotel bar.
Full of flies, armchairs with spots, the waiter came and went like a headless chicken.
After 15 minutes of holding we retreated.

Lamentamos que su experiencia en nuestro hotel no haya cumplido con sus expectativas. Valoramos enormemente los comentarios de nuestros huéspedes, ya que nos ayudan a identificar áreas de mejora.
Entendemos su malestar respecto a la relación precio-calidad y la percepción de nuestras instalaciones. Durante los períodos de alta ocupación, puede ocurrir mayor movimiento en áreas comunes como el lobby y la piscina.
En cuanto a las habitaciones, lamentamos que no hayan cumplido con sus expectativas. Estamos realizando mejoras progresivas en nuestras instalaciones, para ofrecer una experiencia más moderna y acogedora.
