Bu otel, birinci sınıf bir konuma sahip BA'daki en lüks otellerden biridir. Mezarlığı yürüyerek ziyaret edebilirsiniz ve Hermes yolun karşısındadır.Genel tarz gerçekten saray tarzı, çok retro ve güzel ve NYC'de kaldığım bazı otellerden çok daha iyi. Hizmet oldukça tatmin edici, ancak bu fiyattaki bir otelin alması gereken hizmet olduğunu söyleyebiliriz. Burada toplam 5 gece kaldım ilk geldiğim ve gitmek üzereyken çok fazla anım var🥺Kesinlikle döneceğim

I was told this is top hotel in Buenos Aires but it’s v worn down n the floor in room creaks everywhere. Service was immaculate though, especially the excellent concierge Esperanza. She’s a walking encyclopaedia n so passionate about her job

Beautiful, historic luxury hotel. Terrific location and walkable to many sites in the area. The interior of the hotel is gorgeous and the staff was very friendly and professional. We really enjoyed the rooftop lounge for cocktails before dinner. We had a standard room which was beautifully appointed and with an extremely comfortable bed! The linens and bath products were superb. I would gladly stay here again on a future trip to Buenas Aires. Highly recommend.

This is an expensive hotel and supposedly one of the best in BsAs. in my first room the carpet had stains and it had not been painted in years. The furniture was scuffed. I requested a king size bed but it was two single beds pushed together. Both mattresses were lumpy and flat and there was a hard ridge where they had been pushed together. Even though I was exhausted from nearly a full day of travel the bed was so bad I couldn't sleep. Finally at 0330 I gave up and went to the front desk. I was met by two extremely professional and nice staff who got me a new room. One of the gentleman went to my room to inspect it and he said it should never been given to a guest and that it needed to be completely redone. The new room was ok. The breakfast was good but very expensive and it was the same every day. If you wanted something different you could order off the menu but you were charged extra! Nothing like being nickel and dimed when you are already paying top dollar and extra for the breakfast.Unbelievably I was not comped for the first night. BsAs has much better and more contemporary hotels.
