WE WILL REPEAT

The hotel is quiet and pleasant, away from the bustle of downtown although it has 10 minutes walking. It was a good idea to find this place. The pizzas are spectacular and the treatment is close and pleasant. The girl who attended us has made a complete difference with her friendly and adorable treatment, as well as having a gift for making sangrias We will definitely return!

Bad experience

After paying 160,20 € + 6,28 € of taxes for two nights breakfast including coffee and croissant (including bottle of cava......) I expected more from that "hotel" to say something, this very sloppy obsolete reforms are botched by someone dedicated to homemade DIY no, the following, does not have air conditioning an unbearable heat, as it is so hot and without air you have to sleep with the windows open and swallowing an unbearable noise of cars and people that is impossible to rest, from the staff we do not have very friendly complaint but this hotel here in Spain would be category pension second, we do not return to that hotel even free.

Disappointment

1 week ago I went to this hotel with some friends, as soon as you entered the room the first thing you noticed was a very strong smell of tobacco coming from the next room. This smell was unbearable and the hotel workers were aware that they were smoking in the next room, unfortunately they did nothing to remedy it and they continued smoking, this made the stay very unpleasant and considering the rooms were not much This aspect bothered us a lot.
Another bad thing about this hotel is the food (there is no oven), I do not recommend eating at this hotel at all, the food is stale and the taste is very unpleasant.

Good service

We went on a weekend trip to Andorra. And the hotel met all our expectations.
Very grateful to the staff for being so kind during our stay.
If we return to Andorra we will definitely return to this Hotel.

very good hotel

Everything was very good, we stayed with my partner in November.
Very attentive staff.
The hotel clean and comfortable.
In a very good point in Andorra.
We would definitely stay here again since their service was really very good.
