Harika bir otel ve harika bir konum.

Eski şehir surlarının kenarında harika bir konumda. Şehri keşfetmek için harika. Otelin kendisi temiz, ferah ve fiyatına değdi. Kahvaltı yapmayı tercih etmedik, daha çok şehirde yemek yemeyi tercih ettik. Her biri 15 sterlin karşılığında 6 kişi olduğumuzda, 3 günlük konaklamamızda pahalı olurdu ve yerel pişmiş yemeklerin gerçek bir yansıması değildi.

Extremely unfriendly service

The owner of the hotel kept me waiting outside in case of a map problem without telling me how long it would take. When I complained about it, he even threatened me with a stay-at-home order. Ultimately, I had to call in the police to stay in the hotel at all.
The overall impression of the hotel is disappointing: There is no restaurant, breakfast is very spartan, and the bathroom lacks storage facilities. The room was fortunately large and spacious, but in summer it could get very hot due to the lack of air conditioning, and due to the location it can also be quite noisy. The whole ambience has nothing to do with well-being. I've never experienced anything like this in my travels. I will definitely not book this hotel again. A special thanks to the police and my colleagues who helped me in this unpleasant situation.

Disappointing stay for business travelers

The hotel is close to the Nuremberg Red Light Mile, which can be positive or negative depending on your personal preference. Unfortunately, the stay overall did not meet my expectations. The atmosphere seemed unfriendly, and the sense of hospitality was barely noticeable. The situation could be good in itself, but there were many security cameras, which seemed a little distressing. Breakfast did not start until 7:30 a.m., which may not be optimal for business travelers.
Overall, the stay was disappointing and I will not book this hotel again in the future.

miserable breakfast with over 3/4 day waiting time

The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was a huge disappointment. We had to wait over 45 minutes for two standard dishes with no apology. Pancakes Banaba with 1/2 banana, 1 strawberry, 4 blueberries, mushy pancakes and a sickly sweet Nutella cream for €12, completely overpriced. Eggs Benedict with 1 egg, a yellowish ready-made sauce (probably supposed to resemble the original Hollandaise sauce) for €15, a completely unjustified price, especially given the long wait. The cappuccino was cold in the meantime, was replaced after a loud complaint and not charged (which was the least of it). NEVER AGAIN, we strongly advise against having breakfast there.
The icing on the cake: all the glass doors were open, and the stinking exhaust fumes from the traffic on Färberstrasse were served free of charge!

Modernity in an ancient atmosphere!!!

Hotel in an excellent location, modern, functional rooms equipped with many comforts. The water dispenser at the entrance is really useful, with the possibility of cold, still and sparkling water. Very kind staff. I would just have one small note: in the bathroom, a second panel for the shower would have been useful, to the right of the sink, because a lake is created after each wash. It goes without saying that there is no bidet. Outside of Italy and Portugal, it is a rarity. Highly recommended, I hope to return!!!
